2. Marketplace Role & Seller Independence

Bidrit operates strictly as an online automotive marketplace that connects prospective vehicle buyers with verified independent automobile sellerships. Bidrit is not a sellership, broker, importer, manufacturer, or agent for any buyer or seller.

• We do not own, hold title to, possess, or sell any of the vehicles listed on the Platform.
• We are not a party to the actual sales contract, financing agreement, or any other agreement entered into between a buyer and a seller.
• Sellers operating on Bidrit are independent business entities and are not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Bidrit.
• We do not intervene in the negotiation process, pricing, or the terms of sale agreed upon by the transacting parties.

3. Vehicle Condition & Mechanical Liability

Bidrit does not pre-inspect, certify, or warrant the mechanical condition, safety, roadworthiness, or legal status of any vehicle listed on the Platform (unless a buyer explicitly utilizes and pays for a specialized Bidrit Inspection Service, the terms of which are governed separately).

• Listings, specifications, mileage, accident history, title status, and photographs are provided entirely by the listing seller.
• Bidrit cannot and does not guarantee that a vehicle is free of hidden defects, flood damage, salvage history, or undisclosed structural repairs.
• We do not guarantee the authenticity of vehicle identification numbers (VINs) or the accuracy of odometer readings provided by sellers.
• Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own independent mechanical inspections, test drives, and vehicle history checks prior to completing any financial transaction.

4. Verification Status Disclaimer

While Bidrit implements a rigorous Seller Verification Policy to ensure businesses operating on our platform are legally registered and physically exist, the "Verified" status or "Trust Index" score does not constitute an absolute guarantee of seller conduct or vehicle quality.

• Verification confirms identity and business legitimacy at the specific time of onboarding.
• It does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or warranty of the seller's business practices, the quality of their inventory, or their future financial solvency.
• Bidrit shall not be held liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, or illegal acts committed by a verified seller or buyer.
• Users assume all risks associated with dealing with other users on the Platform, including but not limited to the risk of fraudulent schemes or physical harm.

5. Financial & Transactional Disclaimer

Bidrit is not a financial institution, lender, escrow agent (unless specifically engaged through our native Escrow Service under separate terms), or payment gateway. Any arrangements regarding vehicle financing, loans, deposits, or final payments are negotiated strictly between the buyer, the seller, and their respective financial institutions.

• Bidrit is not responsible for the loss of any funds transferred directly from a buyer to a seller outside of our protected Escrow Service.
• Any prices listed on the Platform are subject to change by the seller without notice and may not include mandatory government taxes, registration fees, insurance premiums, or seller administrative charges.
• Currency exchange rates and cross-border transaction fees are the sole responsibility of the transacting parties.

6. Information Accuracy and Timeliness

While we strive to keep the information on Bidrit up-to-date and accurate, vehicle inventory turns over rapidly.

• A vehicle listed on the Platform may have already been sold or placed under deposit before the listing is updated or removed.
• Features, optional equipment, and specifications may vary from the actual vehicle due to automated decoding of VINs or manual entry errors.
• It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify all claims, features, and the physical presence of the vehicle with the seller before relying on the listing information.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties. Such external links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness by us.

We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information offered by third-party websites linked through the Platform. By using Bidrit, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bidrit and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your interaction with any other user of the Platform.
