Inspection FAQs
Common questions about our physical vehicle inspections.
How long does an inspection take?
Once scheduled, the physical inspection takes about 60-90 minutes at the seller's lot. You will receive the final digital report within 4 hours of completion.
Do I need to be present?
No, you do not need to be present. Our mechanic acts as your proxy and will communicate directly with the seller to gain access to the vehicle.
Does the inspection guarantee the car won't break down?
While our 200-point inspection is incredibly thorough and catches the vast majority of existing issues, it is a point-in-time evaluation. We cannot guarantee future mechanical durability.
