1. Role of the Platform
Bidrit acts exclusively as an online marketplace connecting prospective vehicle buyers with verified automobile sellerships in Nigeria. We facilitate these connections by providing a platform for listing, searching, and comparing vehicles.
- We do not own, sell, or take possession of any vehicles listed on the platform.
- We are not a party to the actual sales contract between the buyer and the seller.
- Any purchase agreements, warranties, or financial transactions are solely between the buyer and the verified seller.
2. Seller Verification
Bidrit prides itself on a "Trust-First" approach. We conduct rigorous verification checks on all sellers prior to allowing them to list inventory on our Service. However:
- The "Verified" badge indicates that the sellership has passed our corporate, physical, and historical business checks at the time of onboarding.
- While we strive to ensure absolute integrity, Bidrit does not provide mechanical warranties or guarantees on the specific condition of individual vehicles listed by verified sellers. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own mechanical inspections.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable Nigerian federal, state, or local laws. Furthermore, you agree not to:
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bidrit Automotive Technologies and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bidrit.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bidrit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
